RVS College of Engineering and Technology is committed to providing a safe, fair, and harmonious learning and working environment. The Grievance Redressal Cell was set up at RVSCET in accordance with the University Grants Commission regulations 2012 (The Gazette of India, March 23-29, 2013), and Article XXV of the constitution for handling day-to-day grievances related to students, parents, and staff members. The Grievance Redressal Cell facilitates the resolution of grievances in a fair and impartial manner involving the respective Department, maintaining necessary confidentiality as the case may be. Any stakeholder with a genuine grievance may approach the Grievance Redressal Cell to submit his/her grievance in writing.
The objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
Upholding the dignity of the College by ensuring a strife-free atmosphere in the College through promoting cordial Student-Student and Student-Teacher relationships.
Encouraging Students to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly without fear of being victimized.
Suggestion/Complaint Box is installed where Students can anonymously put in writing their grievances and suggestions for improving the Academics/Administration.
Advising Students to respect the right and dignity of one another and show utmost restraint and patience whenever any occasion of rift arises.
Advising all Students to refrain from inciting others against their peers, teachers, and College administration.
Advising all staff members to be affectionate towards Students and not behave in a vindictive manner.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside and outside the institution. Any violation should be reported immediately to the Principal.
Academic Matters: Related to timely issuance of duplicate Mark-sheets, Transfer Certificates, Conduct Certificates, or other examination-related matters.
Financial Matters: Related to dues and payments for various items such as library, hostels, etc.
Other Matters: Related to concerns such as sanitation, food preparation, transportation, and teacher behavior.
