Dr.N.Tamilselvan received his Ph.D., degree in Library and Information Science from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in 2012. He received his M.Phil., Degree in Library and Information Science from Alagappa University, Karaikudi in 2003 and Master Degree M.L.I.S., in Library and Information Science from Annamalai University, Chidambaram in 2000. He also has Master Degree in Social Work from PSG College of Arts and Science. He has 26 years of experience as Librarian from various institutions. He has published 25 research papers in International Journals, 5 research papers in National Journals and also presented 25 research papers in National and International Conferences. Under his guideship, two scholars have been awarded Ph.D. from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He has received best Librarian award in 2012 and 2015 from reputed institutions. He is the member of Editorial board and Chief Editor in 3 international journals. He is also a member of Doctoral Committee for Part Time Category B, Research Scholars of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. His area of interest includes ICT, Digital Library, Scientometrics, and User Studies.
